I’m so happy with the progress I’m making! I like that I don’t have to track foods or count calories. I noticed that there is great variety and flexibility on the food list, so it’s something I can see myself continuing and not burning out on. I saw that I had lost 10 pounds this morning! Count them. 10! That’s amazing!
